These Terms of Service govern your access to hugecoder.com and any purchase of Huge Coder plugins or themes. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our plugins and themes are licensed for use under the terms specified on each product’s page, not sold outright. License scope, such as the number of sites covered, is described at checkout and in your purchase confirmation.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

As digital products, purchases are delivered instantly through download links and/or license keys after payment is confirmed. No physical shipping is involved.

Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once a download has started or a license has been activated, except as covered separately by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Every purchase includes one year of updates and support, renewable afterward at a reduced rate. Your existing installation continues to work even if you choose not to renew.

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share your license in a way that violates its terms, and not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.

Our products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huge Coder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our site or products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
