Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Huge Coder plugins and themes are digital products, delivered immediately after purchase via download and license activation. No physical goods are shipped.

If a Pro product doesn’t work as described for your use case, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to review every refund request within a few business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

The money-back guarantee applies once per customer per product and does not cover custom development work, license renewals beyond the first purchase, or requests made after the 14-day window.

You may cancel automatic license renewal at any time from your account. Your license and access to updates remain active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
